Water wastage.

The Chairman (Mr. Birkenstock),

Dear Sir,

Firstly, it has come to my attention that the management of the share block scheme has implemented a ‘day management’ system. It is not clear what the duties of this team may be but apparently the team consist of “Mr. F. Birkenstock, Mrs. E. Launspach, and Mr. H. Veldman”. If I, in my unawareness and unacquainted knowledge, have not send my previous e-mails to all concerned, please accept my apologies. I will endeavour to, fanatically, do so in future. Unless I am now jumping the gun and this was never the intention?

Secondly, please find attached a photo of water standing open overnight and again the shareholder not present on site. This water has been running since Sunday sometime and these photos were taken on Monday morning on the 4th October 2010 at 05:49. I do not know who opened the water and when. But it was not open on Sunday morning. Neither did I close it of fear of being persecuted because this is one of the shareholders that has threatened me before.

The reason for this letter is:

1)      To bring this to the chairman’s attention.

2)      To ask the chairman to have this problem addressed because this is not the first complained of this nature or even this shareholder. And again the share holder is not even on the farm.

Sincerely
