FYI - Hunting (culling) in Limpop

The Chairman (Frik Birkenstock),

Frik,

Below find an article that appeared in the local newspaper of 18 June 2010. Hunting and culling has become synonymous in Limpopo in general end with the share block scheme specific. As I read the article it could have serous consequences for the share block scheme.

The purpose of this letter is:

1)       To bring this article to the attention of the chairman of the share block scheme.

2)       To ask the chairman to prevent the share block scheme becoming involved in litigation due this article.

3)       To ask the chairman of the scheme to stop management further hunting rights until this problem is resolved.

4)       To ask the chairman of the scheme of he was aware of the problem and if not why not?

5)       To ask the chairman to investigate as to how the scheme can obtain copies of the Government Gazette and make it available to management and shareholders.

6)        Because more and more problems are falling through the cracks due to the management of the scheme being unaware of governmental announcements.

7)       To ask the chairman how we may possibly reimburse affected public for the actions management may have taken and notify relevant parties.

Sincerely
