Attached is a article of the local paper of 18 June 2010. Please peruse.
The purpose of this letter is:
1) To let the chairman of the shareblock scheme know about the problem as
described in the article
2) To ask the chairman to take action so as not further expose the
shareblock scheme to possible littigation
3) To ask the chairman how this happened that the management was not aware
of the problem
4) To ask the chairman to take this up with a legal consultant to repair the
damages the managemnt of the shareblock scheme may have caused.
5) To ask the chairman to investigate how the shareblock may get hold of the
Gazetsand make it available to shareholders in general and to the managemnt
specific. More and more cracks are showing where managemnt and shareholders
are not aware of the legal implications and restrictions
