Management - water usage

The Chairman (Mt. Frik Birkenstock),

So-Ja Aandeleblok (Eiendoms) Beperk

Dear Frik,

Attached are two photos taken on Wednesday 16 June 2010 at 06:45. These photos are of water standing a long time open at one place in a garden. I deduct that it’s been there at one place during the night duration.

I did not close the water because it would mean trespassing on another shareholders usage right and, although I have just (presumably) successfully defending a civil litigation submitted by a member of the management team, I just don’t have the time to make litigations my hobby or profession.

This incident occurred on the usage right of a non-resident shareholder that will remain nameless for fear of litigation.

The reason and purpose for the letter is:

1)      To notify the chairman regarding the incident.

2)      To request the chairman notify shareholders should the usage rights regarding water have changed.

3)      To request the chairman (should the usage rights not have changed) to initiate an investigation into the responsible person and administrative to that person and address the issue so that can never happen again.

4)      To request the chairman to start an investigation as to how better management and control systems can be implemented to further protect shareholders (in general) and non-residential shareholders (specific) against this type of abuse (should the usage rights regarding water not have changed).

5)      To notify the chairman that is again an incident of us-and-them. Just because us (residential shareholders) can control our water usage does not absolve them (non-residential shareholders) from their water abuse duties. We have all equal rights and I am not appointed custodian and financier to other shareholders and share block in common. So, why must I assist in financing this possible abuse?

Sincerely
