The Chairman (Mr. Frik Birkenstock),
Dear Frik,
Attached find two photos regarding items in the So-Ja common property store (or more commonly known as the tractor store). These photos indicate items that either belong to the share block scheme or are private items kept in storage by the directors / management of the share block scheme:
These items have sparked my interest (as shareholder) for two main reasons:
A) If it private items, what are the income the share block would receive (a previous letter of mine posing the same question was just ignored)?
B) If share block scheme property what would the cost be to lease some of the equipment?
The purpose of the letter is:
1) If the equipment is private for the chairman to notify me what it would cost to house my 18 square meter equipment I now have to store (at my own risk).
2) If private equipment and if not being leased out then the chairman should request the removal of equipment (or deal with it equally between shareholders.
3) If share block scheme equipment the chairman to notify me regarding the lease cost.
Sincerely
