Find attached two photos taken today (Wednesday the 25 August 2010) at 06:30 of water standing open during the night.
The purpose of this letter is:
1) To notify the chairman about the incident and also remind him that this can not be allocated to the ‘garden service as this is So-Ja common property under control of a director/ manager of the share block scheme.
2) To ask the chairman if this is now a new principle and guideline?
3) If not a new standard, to address the problem with the director / manager concerned.
